Job Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for marketing videos, product demonstrations, digital campaigns, and social media
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and scene planning based on project briefs and marketing objectives
• Translate creative briefs into clear visual narratives that communicate the intended message and value proposition
• Produce animations using After Effects, 3D tools, and CGI techniques to create modern and engaging video content
• Create dynamic motion elements, transitions, and visual storytelling that enhance brand communication
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure videos meet campaign goals and brand standards
• Proactively analyze briefs, ask the right questions, and contribute creative ideas to improve the final output
• Lead the motion design process from concept development to final delivery
• Maintain visual consistency across all video content aligned with the company’s brand identity
• Optimize videos for different platforms such as LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with motion design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and emerging visual styles
• Provide creative direction and guidance when working with junior designers or cross-functional teams
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance motion graphics production, including concept generation, visual experimentation, and workflow optimization
• Utilize AI-assisted video and animation tools to accelerate production while maintaining high creative quality
• Explore and implement emerging AI technologies in motion design, CGI production, and video content creation

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• 4–6+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, timing, and animation principles
• Ability to convert complex ideas into clear and engaging visual content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion graphics and marketing video production
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within creative teams
• Strong experience using AI tools in creative production workflows such as video generation, motion enhancement, and concept visualization

Preferred Skills:

• Experience producing CGI-based marketing videos or product visualization content
• Knowledge of visual effects (VFX), compositing, and advanced animation techniques
• Hands-on experience with AI video and motion tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Sora, Pika, or similar platforms
• Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into professional motion graphics and CGI pipelines
• Familiarity with 3D modeling, lighting, rendering, and scene composition
• Experience creating storyboards and animatics before production
• Ability to understand marketing strategies and translate them into visual content
• Experience working in fast-paced marketing or digital agencies
