Job Responsibilities

Mentor and guide graphic design team members to enhance their skills and overall performance.
Identify team development needs and support growth through training, courses, and adoption of AI design tools.
Ensure all designs meet quality standards and align with brand identity while staying relevant to current market trends.
Monitor team performance, track tasks, and review reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Review and refine designs to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive visual direction across all outputs.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices within the software and tech industry.
Optimize designs for different platforms to ensure the best user experience and engagement

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital or software-focused environment.
Proven experience in leading or mentoring design teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and branding projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern creative technologies is a plus.
Strong visual design sense with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative thinking with problem-solving ability.
