Job Description:

Design, implement, and continuously improve QA and process governance frameworks in alignment with CMMI requirements.
Lead internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to defined processes and quality objectives.
Collaborate with team leads and departments to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Define, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality policies, workflows, and templates.
Monitor process metrics, analyze performance data, and report on trends and improvement opportunities.
Conduct training and awareness sessions for teams on quality standards, processes, and compliance expectations.
Support process documentation and evidence collection for external audits and appraisals (e.g., CMMI, ISO).
Act as a quality champion across teams to promote a culture of excellence, standardization, and discipline.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a QA/process engineering role with strong emphasis on quality processes and compliance.
Hands-on experience with CMMI implementation and audits (Level 2 or 3 at minimum).
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and process improvement methodologies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
Excellent skills in process mapping, documentation, and KPI reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Internal Auditor certification or equivalent experience with quality frameworks (CMMI, ISO, ITIL, SPICE ...).
Experience working with process automation or governance tools (e.g., Azure, Confluence, SharePoint ...).
Experience supporting organizational maturity initiatives and quality training programs.
