Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that support organizational development and business transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, data scientists, and team members on AI methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct advanced research in natural language processing (NLP)/generative AI, introducing innovative techniques to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Architect and implement machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and advanced AI frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large, complex datasets; ensure data quality and integrity for AI/ML projects.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for scalability, accuracy, and real-world performance in production environments.
• Integrate AI/ML models into existing enterprise systems and workflows, ensuring robust performance and security.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and proactively introduce new methodologies and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, and business teams) to align AI initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Represent the AI function in workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science, including designing, training, and deploying models.
• Strong Background in Data Science
• Basic background in data engineering.
• Strong awareness and knowledge of fine-tuning techniques.
• Proven track record in leading AI/ML projects from research to production.
• Good background in computer vision.
• Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries like Ollama, transformers, etc.
• Solid background in natural language processing (NLP), including practical experience in prompt engineering and LLMs.
• Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale data processing using modern tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
