Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition & Software Technical Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting plans to insure hiring the required top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of qTech.’s hiring needs, exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements, and desired candidate profiles
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates from diverse channels
  • Manage the recruitment, including candidate scheduling, interview coordination
  • Maintain a good talent pipeline and proactively reach out to candidates to build relationships
  • Monitor and report recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the HR team on team member branding, talent marketing, and other strategic talent initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-growing environment
  • Deep understanding of qTech.’s hiring needs, principles, frameworks, and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A record of identifying, attracting, and securing top technical talent
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting/sourcing tools
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
